So I discovered yet ANOTHER scam the gurus have masterminded to get our hard earned money.

So basically whenever you go to a guru's site or blog, they try really fucking hard to get you to give them your email address. Even when you say no, the pop ups keep coming until your submit to them.

I think on an unconscious level this accomplishes:

1.) The guru gets you in the habit of submitting to him slowly so later when he's selling you a $600 bootcamp, you agree more easily.

2.) By getting your email, the guru ensures that you stay glued to the computer, waiting to hear from him on email. It's almost like someone stranded on an island, waiting for help. Any sign of life will likely be celebrated. The guru knows this so he masterminded a way to accomplish the same effect with his crappy newsletters.

3.) The guru is prying your personal information so you feel more like his friend. Asking for your "name" along with your email tricks you into thinking "hey this guru cares about me...maybe he's trying to help" but it's all a scam.

4.) He can then sell your email address to major companies and profit along with brainwashing you using the reasons above.

Just more scams from the biggest dirtbags alive (which are the PUAs and gurus)

And the right man is incredibly good looking with money and status...basically the exact opposite of the PUA!

well said. Also all the pua forums I registered caused my email to get spammed daily.

Now I receive daily viagra 'offers' on my email.

Men should band together and STOP the horny desperation that has made us society's cockroaches.

I think on an unconscious level this accomplishes:
Ah the subconscious, the new devil, this uncontrollable thing that makes you do things bad for you which you can do nothing about.

Your spam folder is a good way to weed that shit out.

Although the simplest solution is to not go to the blogs and websites of pua dickheads in the first place. You obviously see the incessant pop-ups & know what they mean, so the answer is a no-brainer. Stay away.

Don't hate the game. Hate the player.
