low back fat all gone.

I think it will help a lot in da club and such. I can get my shirts tailored to show off my smallish waist.

Anyway, when you get this lean, everyone looks fucking fat to you.

Also my hormones are a bit tanked. Need a week or two to let my testosterone recover so I'm horny again.

What is the secret to getting your body fat percentage low without losing all your muscle? Do you have to lose tons of weight or can you maintain weight while burning fat at the same time?

Ya i noticed my face looks better when I am leaner, I think it makes a person look younger too. I also seem to do better with the chicks when I am a bit smaller and leaner vs bulked up and bigger but fatter.

Why does a mid 30's overweight guy have last problem than a fit mid to early 20's guy if what you say is true?

Just join a gym u lazy fuktard. You won't get any good results with your 30pound dumbells.

They'll last you 1-2months tops and in certain exercises theyre probably too light even at the begining.

If you have dumbells up to 100-150 pounds(each) then i can make you a decent dumbell routine but i doubt you have that at home.
