From what I was told, from two sources who do not personally know each other, Mark was asked to provide more and more hypnosis stuff but was not being given more money for it. He wanted more money/higher percentage from SS sales, Yates said no, Mark walked.

Orion claimed Yates/Ross scewed him on his cut of sales.

A source told me that Vince was promised certain things by Ross that he never delivered on.

I heard that Yates got the boot because Ross found out he was altering actual sales figures of SS products and using Ross' seminars to covertly promote his non-SS products.

*Major Mark-Mark wanted more money than our agreement. I said "no". Also, Mark said he had a marketing problem; people weren't buying his products because they were already getting it from his appearances at my seminars and on the seminar recordings. So he left.

*Yates-Yates was a business partner for 16 years. If you can match that with anyone, come and criticize. The terms of our settlement preclude me saying much, but let's just say we disagreed on our vision for the venture and went our separate ways.

*Tom Vizzini-Where you pulled this out of, I don't know. Tom and I are still friends and are on good terms. He left for a while to focus on his own business but he will be speaking at my Atlanta event.

*Bishop-aka Mike Emery hid from me the fact that he had a prior history of scamming people on eBay for Beanie Baby collections of all things. When I called him on it, he first denied it, saying "That was a different Mike Emery". He subsequently confessed.

I then got complaints he was not showing up for consults with my students and would not give refunds. He lied about it, even after I confronted him with evidence provided by the two students.

Then he got arrested(and later convicted) of breaking into his former fiance's home. He lied to me about that, after I bailed him out of jail(which he never paid me back for).

That's enough for me, so he was given the boot.

He was doing some business with me, and his own employees showed me how he was keeping two sets of records and cheating me in the reports he was giving and the money he was paying me.

When confronted, he denied it. Subsequently, he admitted all of it.

But ask him about it. At this point, he won't deny it.

If I've left anyone out of this, I'll do another post, but this is the full truth. I've never, EVER cheated anyone in business or failed to keep a promise to anyone I've done business with. NONE of the people you mentioned would even have had a start at a career without first being part of my team or learning from me and that is the T-R-U-T-H.
